Our MOTO 530-630 thickness planers represent the pinnacle of robustness and precision in the industry, with a solid frame made of tubular and folded steel sheet, electro-welded.

The remarkably thick cast iron table, carefully milled, ground, and certified, provides a solid base for machining operations.

The self-braking motor, with a power ranging from 5hp to 7.5hp depending on the model or request, is dedicated to the planer group. In the feed group, the 1hp motor is equipped with a reducer and a separately powered cooling fan. This motor can be configured with double fixed speed (6/12 meters per minute) or with an inverter, allowing speed adjustment from 4/20 meters per minute directly from the front panel. The lifting motor with 0.5hp and reducer, and its movement managed by four large diameter candles driven by a bearing-less screw, mounted on bearings, can be controlled via an electronic programmer or buttons on the control panel."

The heart of the machine is the planer group, with a traditional or Xylent helical shaft with a diameter of 120 mm

This group is independent, simplifying maintenance and improving mechanical performance and noise reduction. The feed group is also independent, with a standard grooved drive shaft that can be configured with a segmented grooved shaft upon request.

The electrical panel is designed to ensure the individual protection of all mounted electrical components, complying with safety regulations
